Customers have consistently praised the service, with no obnoxious overselling, and have been satisfied with the overall quality of the work done on their vehicles. The service is further enhanced by the complimentary bottles of water provided to customers while they wait, and the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. Customers have reported that Travis, Damion, and Rohan were all very fast, efficient, and happy during their visits, and that the overall experience was amazing. Trevor and Damien were exceptional!! They were so polite, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process. Didn’t try to upsell on things that weren’t required, letting us know that we would probably need an air filter on our next visit, not today, which showed us the professionalism and expertise they have. We will absolutely be back.
Hands down best spot in Sarnia to get an oil change. In and out in 10 mins while they swapped out the oil, topped up all fluids, made sure all tires had proper psi, and washed my windshield. Never had to leave my vehicle. The guys there are very professional and like to make conversation while also taking the extra steps to show you and tell you what they are doing to your vehicle. This is the place you want to go. 5/5
I went to Take 5 when I saw an oil leak under my car. I needed it looked asap because I was taking a long trip the next day. Damian and Trevor were so helpful, professional and friendly. They assessed the issue, showing me exactly what the problem was, and then fixed it quickly and effectively. I highly recommend these guys and the work they do! They are a class act!
