About Hardcore Auto Tech Inc
Hardcore Auto Tech Inc. is a local business known for its kind and helpful service. They went the extra mile for a neighbor in need of a battery bracket nut and quickly fixed a touring band's van with worn-out wheel bearings. Mike and his team provide excellent general repairs and maintenance on a quick turnaround, making them a highly recommended choice in the area.
Went above and beyond to fix my front bumper! The parts that were needed still hadn’t arrived on the morning of my appointment and they tracked them down that day and made sure that it still got fixed before I was done work! Also gave me a ride to work! This was my first time at hardcore auto but I will certainly be a repeat customer!
I especially liked how the owner considered other less expensive ways to repair the issue before we decided the bumper just needed to be replaced altogether - really shows that they aren’t just worried about profit & genuinely care about people!
Awesome customer service. Asked the right questions to know my issue and got me in asap. Explained all work that was completed and why it needed to be done. Very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend this establishment.
Incredibly friendly and quick service! I had a nail in my tire, pulled up and he came out to help me right away, even though it was busy. The gentleman found the nail instantly, took it out and patched up my tire. He even put more air in it before he sent me on my way. Thank you for helping a stressed out Mama and the doggy snuggles!
