I cannot recommend Shana highly enough. While looking for our first home, we had a tight budget and a wishlist of requirements that combined to limit our choices and made us maybe a bit picky. We were also looking at houses in Sarnia while living in Toronto, which made the logistics of viewing a property tricky at times.
