Trust is a fragile thing. Earned over time, or lost in an instant. When one has issues that can interfere with day to day life, it can be difficult or even impossible to keep an appointment. Such is our case. My wife has bad days and worse days. She doesn't have good days anymore. Her pain level is way too high. When we wake on our assigned day, a conscious decision must be made. Can I do it? When the answer is no, I call, cancel, and re-book. I am greeted with,"not a problem, hope she gets well soon, or some other response of that ilk. Always sincere, never judgmental.

It was my first time visiting this salon and I liked the work they did on my hair. Lucy was professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do to make my hair look refreshed and healthy. The highlights were some of the best that I’ve had, and I really liked the toner, wanting some ash tones. The mini trim made my hair look even and she didn’t cut too much off. Thanks again Moda.
