I had such a pleasant experience at Lens Crafters Sarnia last week!
I dropped my glasses off of a table at home and a book landed on them and bent the arms.
I brought my glasses to Lens Crafters Sarnia to see if they could help bend the arms back and straighten them out.
Maitte Martinez Hernandez did absolutely AMAZING work on my frames bending them back to near perfection so I could continue wearing them! She was very kind, polite, and considerate towards me. She displayed exeptional communication and professionalism. This employee deserves a raise in my humble opinion!!!!
I went to LensCrafters after finding my optometrist’s glasses too expensive, and I’m so glad I did. I found the perfect frames, and the staff was wonderful. When one of my lenses had a prescription error, not even their fault….they fixed it quickly and didn’t charge me. Their customer service is outstanding, and now I understand why they have so many five‑star reviews. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for my glasses.

Fantastic Service at LensCrafters!
