Leigh was exceptional! With my mortgage she was thorough and efficient, so much so that the lender's themselves made a point to comment to me on the diligence and care of her work. Working with Leigh was also extremely convenient. Her web portal outlined all the documents I needed to collect upfront so I was able to knock most of it out in an afternoon. She was extremely responsive via email if I had any questions through out the process, and she took great care to make sure I understood all the options that were available to me. I can't recommend Leigh enough!

Leigh assisted me with getting a mortgage for my first home and was incredibly helpful and good at what she does. When she sent over information, rather than just sending it and leaving me to figure it out she’d record and send a video alongside which would go into detail and explain how the various options worked. Then if I had any additional questions or requests, she’d respond to email very quickly. I had been worried this would be a complicated or difficult process but with Leigh I was never lost or confused on what to do or expect. 10/10 I will definitely be using her in the future.
