Randy is always very knowledgeable and it is always nice to deal with a local small business owner rather then with a large chain store that does not care about the customer,but more about the $$.

Great experience. I brought my MacBook in as I thought it was essentially bricked. Turns out I just needed a new power adapter. Honest and knowledgeable service which is surprisingly rare in this space.
