reasonable prices , knows what he is doing , doesn't push stuff on you , he found a virus cleaned it up fast took time to check the whole laptop fixed little things made sure it was running right after more than a quick check over always rechecks the laptop over more then just once. he sits down with you and talks to you to make you feel relaxed . never try's to hurry you out the door . Randy is always very knowledgeable and it is always nice to deal with a local small business owner rather then with a large chain store that does not care about the customer,but more about the $$.

Great experience. I brought my MacBook in as I thought it was essentially bricked. Turns out I just needed a new power adapter. Honest and knowledgeable service which is surprisingly rare in this space.
