reasonable prices , knows what he is doing , doesn't push stuff on you , he found a virus cleaned it up fast took time to check the whole laptop fixed little things made sure it was running right after more than a quick check over always rechecks the laptop over more then just once. he sits down with you and talks to you to make you feel relaxed . never try's to hurry you out the door .
