Just wanted to give a shout out to Evander who helped us with the purchase of a TV today . He helped us last year with my mom and once again he was patient , knowledgeable and kind . Today a manager at this location claimed I lied about working there. Then they lied about how long they worked there. Claiming 15 years. I felt very disrespected infront of multiple other employees and customers. I'm glad I no longer have to be there, and I hope he never gets to leave. Best buy is a failing company that used to at least respect their customers, but it's clear that I won't be back.
2 stars because they had the phone case we were looking for.

Shout out to Josh who helped with an Apple Watch purchase today. Speedy, friendly, and exactly what we needed. 11/10 Great customer service. It’s a rare treat to have customer service experience that’s worth going into a brick & mortar for these days, versus just ordering what you want online.
