We purchased a house for the first time and found Jay through the official house inspectors website. The inspection went well and he provided a lot of information about the house and a very detailed report with information that will help me during my home ownership. I have had a couple issues during my ownership and Jay has been very accessible and patient with providing images from the inspection and advise on how to fix it. His report has also been a great tool to diagnose things. Would definitely recommend him!

Excellent process with explanations as inspection was executed. Covered all aspects of the home and functions. Open communication, easily understood explanations and answers to questions. Highly recommended.

Jay was extremely thorough in his inspection and gave us lots of helpful tips for future home maintenance. I especially appreciated how user-friendly his report was. It was easy to read and understand, complete with photos and diagrams. I would recommend him to anyone!
