i think it's time for this clinic to change to a walk in clinic. Aren't they supposed to be here for OUR community? 4 years of not accepting new patients is UNACCEPTABLE !! Ever since my Dr left almost 4 years ago, my anxiety is through the roof, I've lost close to 15 lbs & yet they still wont help me. Go to Orleans or to Hawkesbury they tell me. please don't get me wrong. it's a good clinic but they need to take care of the residents who are local & not out of town patients

the doctor is great, but the avenues to communicate are awful. cant get a hold of anyone by phone and there's no email to get whatever you need in writing. the desire to not have any communication with the patient other than being in the room makes it impossible to get any answers. epitomizes how terrible the medical field has become in ontario.

Everyone is so friendly! Appointment easy taken with our family doctor or another one will take care of us if our doctor can see us! They care about theyre patients and we can clearly feel it !!
