Best customers service from Chris Hodgins to get our garage door working again
One of our cables had let go causing the door to sit misaligned, damaging a few rollers and taking out one of the drums. Canadian Overhead was the only ones who were available on weekends and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Jim was very friendly and repaired our door as well as serviced it in a timely fashion so it was working perfectly again. My spouse and I highly recommend Canadian Overhead for any repair or servicing needs on your garage doors and we will most certainly using them again!
We had issues closing our garage door during the terrible snowstorm over Christmas, it was Christmas Eve and Chris insisted on coming by as he knew we have young kids and likely use our garage a lot. He ventured out in inclement weather, on Christmas Eve to help us out, and fixed the wiring issue that was preventing the door closing. We truly appreciate his quick response and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
