Chris was great to deal with! I had a garage door spring snap and rendered the door out of service. After chatting with guys at work and seeing CODS recommended so highly on Facebook pages I knew I was going to be looked after.When I called Chris to ask about having my door repaired, first questions were "Was anyone hurt, is the door in a dangerous position/condition and do you have a vehicle or equipment stuck in the garage?" I said no, no emergency just would like to get it fixed. He still got to me within a day or two and kept in contact and replaced my springs, serviced and lubricated the door and ensured I was happy with the work.Very professional, quick to respond and offered to clamp the broken spring right away if I needed the door and wanted to make sure it wasn't in a dangerous spot.I'll gladly recommend Chris to anyone, and appreciate the great service and attention to safety for my family.
