She is so skillful, knowledgeable and considerate, and she’d always costumize treatments for me and make sure everything is pain free. I suffer from erythematotelangiectatic rosacea and am prone to redness, swelling and bruising, and I was surprised that there was no signs of any flare-up during or post treatment, not even after ultherapy. “I want to start off by saying that I love the art on my nails and I loved that they were extremely gentle. they took care of my cuticles all that type of things but what I would give them is feedback is that it's really important to check with the client for understanding of what I'm looking for and what you're doing because I booked an appointment for hard gel and was very specific about that and as you were like doing things I kept asking about like this is this is gel right and you and you kept telling me yes but in fact it it is gel but it's gel x and then you cut my nails too short where we couldn't proceed with what I actually wanted and it cost me more than what I booked the appointment for which is fine. I know nail art Costa and it looks great and I don't have a problem with that. I tipped you well because I was happy but I just really did want hard gel extensions and if you couldn't fulfill that I should have been told before I came in. but again I would recommend you and I would give you another opportunity to give me the manicure that I actually or the extensions that I actually want.
