I went in to get my laptop fixed and the team was very professional. The required parts had to be ordered, but the manager texted me with instructions on how to fix the issue without needing the parts—and it worked! You don’t see that kind of honesty often these days. They could have easily charged me, but they didn’t. I highly recommend them. GREAT JOB!
