I’m truly sad to hear that some of the Doctors and staff will be moving to a new location. I especially want to thank Penny and Joan for always being so helpful. Pretty much perfect, they have online bookings for appointments, you can call in to schedule a virtual appointment with your doctor (hidden feature not on their site 😎), when you arrive 15mins before your appointment time, you use a tablet to sign in with your health card, pick up a mask and disinfect your hands, all provided, and sit to wait your turn, and most of the time if you were on time, so is your appointment. Staff are friendly and to the point, just keep in mind they juggle multiple tasks at once so be patient and answer any questions they ask you simply.
