Brought my car to the dealer, they wanted astronomical amount of money, I decided to bring it to Universal Auto Techs and they fixed my vehicle for alot less and they figured out my cars problem.

John, George & the whole team are fantastic to work with. I have a high degree of trust and confidence in their skills and customer focus. I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else. I have recommended them to many others and they have also been just as happy as me.

Got some new tires . The alignment that was scheduled could not be done because they ran out of time. Arranged to drop off car next morning however couldn’t get to alignment to nearly end of day then discovered could not be done properly as a part was needed. Communication over the phone said alignment was not done and that I would wear new tires faster without this part. When I got there and realized they charged for alignment it was then explained that it was done but in order to get into spec I needed a part and another $130.
