I just came back from picking up my laptop. Thank you James for your incredibly fast service, I am still amazed that you were able to fix my laptop in less than 2 hours! I was just at a work conference and I was nervous that I did not have a working laptop, especially since I am from out of town. James was incredibly accommodating in fixing it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend going here for any computer issues!

My son called me from his university stating that his notebook computer would not turn on. He was in a panic as he had many assignments due the upcoming week and no place in Waterloo would be able to look at his notebook for at least a week. Luckily, when I started researching online I came across James at Unitak Mac Laptop Repair. I made an appointment with him and he told me to bring it in on Saturday as he would look at it right away. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the same day! Any computer issues that I have moving forward will always involve James, as he has excellent expertise and reasonable prices.

This is the second time I have the pleasure of dealing with James. This time, I had a laptop that required a screen replacement. James had the job done in an amazingly timely fashion and the machine is up and running once again. I would recommend his services. He is honest and fair.
