Was able to make an appointment easily for a full interior and exterior clean as we were selling our car. The location is part of the KIA dealership. Car was left for just over 2 hours. Communication was good. I was not entirely happy with the exterior cleaning (missed spots and haze), so the owner offered me a discount and to come back for him to fix it. I came back that afternoon and they rewashed it. Wish I didn't have to make another trip, but I was happy he made the situation right without any questions or hassle. For that I would recommend and use this service again.
