I received Marriott gift cards that were complicated to redeem, and they took ownership of the situation, guided me through every step with patience, and went above and beyond to get it resolved. What stood out was their professionalism, accountability, and genuine kindness. They helped simply because they cared about the guest experience, not because there was anything in it for them. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy the gift cards. Highly recommend this hotel for the outstanding staff.
