About Richmond Hill Group Of Artists
The Richmond Hill Group of Artists (RHGA) is a vibrant community of artists, both professional and non-professional, who come together to create, appreciate, and share their passion for art. Established in 1994, the group operates the Mill Pond Gallery, a cozy space across from the picturesque Mill Pond Park, where they regularly showcase the work of local artists. The RHGA provides a supportive environment for its members, fostering friendships, exchanging ideas, and offering educational opportunities. Regular demonstrations, workshops, and critiques by visiting artists are held, as well as art classes in various media for both adults and children throughout the year. The highlight of the RHGA's calendar is the annual Juried Show in March, which showcases the best works of the group's talented members. Visitors are encouraged to visit the gallery year-round, as the artists take turns displaying their latest creations.
Itβs a friendly group of artists. Talent, creative and friendship are a few of the things we find at the group.
