Dr. Fakhri and Jo-Anne treated me so well. Jo-Anne conducted the cleaning and was very attentive. I have high sensitivity and she made sure to take that into account and work accordingly. Dr. Fakhri explained everything in detail and told me exactly what was needed and what wasn’t. As for the receptionist, they made sure to explain what my insurance covered and what they didn’t in deep detail and with such a warm embrace. I’ve chosen Dr. fakhri and his team due to these reasons and I highly recommend them.
I have been Dr. Payam’s patient for over 10 years, and he is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. I have also received several treatments at Richmond Dental office, and the staff there are always professional, friendly, and caring.
