Customers feel confident in the work being done and appreciate the smooth and pleasant experience. They return to this location for their car needs, recommending the service to others. The team at Mr. Lube + Tires strives to provide a pleasant and professional experience for every customer. Akal and Jeevan were extremely knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything very clearly. Aditya, Gary and Akal were amazing with their service. Service didn’t take more than 30 min. Reasonable price. They did try to sell on brakes.
Manraj from the Richmondhill Mr. Lube location, was so amazing yesterday. He fixed my car in no time, and I left feeling safe in my vehicle which is the most important thing to anyone. His was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and got the job done quickly. Thank you Manraj!!!!! Five stars to every employee at the Mr. Lube Richmondhill. Manraj provided Exceptional Customer service. He went above and beyond his job duties to assist me to check the treading of my 4 tires on my car, and honest about changing only my front tires and my back tires gad good treading.
