He can go with the flow of what you're looking for or take the reins of creative control if that is what you want. He doesn't shy away from telling you what he can or can't do for you and gives his honest opinion about the placement, size or style of what you're consulting with him about.Above and beyond that, everyone at the shop has always been so kind, helping to make the shop a comfortable place to be.
