I wish I could give zero. I have been a customer here since 2017. Once the new owners came in, disasters started. Not being on time, missing items and then finding them later etc. This recent encounter was mind blowing and had me to write this review. Basically, the last thing you want to have your cleaners to do to your clothes. They put a hole in a branded T-Shirt that I wore probably two times. They deny it!!! I’m telling them this could have been caused by other things that was at the same time in your machine but she keeps saying “cleaning”. Warning:Don’t use this dry cleaners no matter what.They ruined my best and very expensive blouses. I specifically asked for my clothes to be professionally dry cleaned, I come to pick them up and found all my dressy clothes ruined as they have been washed and totally ruined.My white expensive blouses look like they have been chewed and their colour is no longer white, they look like they have been washed with pink items.They don’t seem to know what dry cleaning is, they treat all garments in the same manner, it’s like a laundry service and have no comprehension of what dry cleaning is all about.I am warning everyone, if you care at all about your clothes, please...read full review

I know that the owner was changed. That's okay, that happens. But I can not understand why they refused to take my leather-trimmed winter jacket for cleaning. I know they have to send it out to a leather specialist, and the lady in reception said that this plant is not operating at all... But after googling I found it's not true. The plant is still running.Guys, if you do not want to take a risk about my jacket, why don't you tell me about it? Why are you lying? It's not nice!
