My first experience was absolutely amazing. The staff are all so welcoming and respectful and always on top of keeping the place clean and tidy while also making sure all guests feel comfortable. The lounge was absolutely amazing it was clean and very welcoming. The food was amazing they give you so many options to choose from and the portion are great. I will definitely be coming back with my mom

Minus one star for being overbooked. We booked a couples massage for one time and when we came the front desk said it would be one more hour then the agreed upon time. Also some of the staff are strangely strict.

Visited D’elite Spa in Richmond hill to destress. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The hot tub water was very hot, just how I like it. The fruit platter provided as soon as you change and enter the facilities was nice. I went for a massage and had Amy, I give her a 5/5. Slightly older facility so not a 5/5 rating but their service was a 5/5. All you can eat snack is great bonus. Staff were very kind and very attentive. I believe there is a 4 hr time limit.. but they did not rush us at all .. so double check on the timing.
