Not fabulous review but certainly slowly improving.
This store generally receives poor reviews and I know because I received less than stellar service several times. But why do I still visit them, well that’s because Best Buy is too far away. However, I noticed that they are trying to improve with more attentive customer service.
I recommend that you work with them rather than be aggressive and demand your rights as a customer. Everyone wants a successful outcome and it helps if both parties see it that way. Well, it worked at least for me. My PC tower got fixed.
Went in to buy my first PC without knowing anything. Bruce is the most helpful person I came across. He guided me on all parts to buy and what is best for the type of PC I want. Visit Bruce at the store for if you want someone who knows his stuff!
Excellent location - I visited yesterday. Their customer support and knowledge of electronics and IT equipment was first-rate. Each time I visit, I always buy more items that add value to my tech life.
