This week my husband I rented a heated indoor storage unit and we were impressed with the high customer service standards.This team wants it to be a good experience and have you smiling. Our 1st phone contact w/Leesa was professional & friendly. Within an hour we had toured, identified a suitable unit & signed up. Later in the day we started to move our items.The next am I realized that I may have left my scarf on their premises. I called & Jane gladly said she would check their 'lost & found' area.
