Not having grown up in the Renfrew area, I wasn't sure where to take my rings to get cleaned and serviced. A few people recommended Norman E. Wallace Jewellers, and I am so happy I listened. Their customer service is outstanding, friendly and accommodating in the most personable way. My rings also look fantastic, but the overall experience and old school mannerisms of staff that are actually friendly and knowledgeable left such an impression on me. I will definitely be back again - thank you!
Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful work done on my ring. You can't even see where my wedding band (celtic) was made larger. Their jeweler incorporated my engagement rings' diamond into my wedding ring. I also purchased a beautiful 10 year anniversary diamond band to complete my 16 year old set. Gail (the sales lady) was almost as excited to see the set complete as I was.
I brought a diamond pendant that I had bought in Ottawa in for an appraisal. I left it with them and they confirmed it was estimated at the value I originally paid for it. I wasn’t charged for the service. They could have charged me the $50 for this service, but didn’t. I felt they treated me well and I was left reassured that I could trust them. I’ll be back for any future needs.
