I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Lucy and Dave while visiting family in Renfrew 2 weeks ago. I heard an unsettling noise coming from my front wheel. I called 5 garages, 4 of which couldn't take me. I left a message at Murphy's. Within the hour Lucy called me back and they saw me an hour later. Dave was busy but took the time to take my car for a ride and put it up on the hoist to take a look. Half an hour later, I was handed my keys and told that there was no charge. As a first time customer I required a major repair of my Sabura SUV. I received the best service ever! Dave is very Knowledgeable and all work was explained to me in advance, completed in a timely manner and priced as promised. No surprises! Staff are so helpful and friendly, Lucy is a gem! So nice to deal with a business you can relive on! I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Great people and very pollite. Would rate more if I could I am a new customer and was treated like I have been going there for years the mechanics there are absolute pros.Told me what they thought I needed after 2 dealerships ignored the noise in my engine and said it was fine. Well it wasn't fine... after letting Murphy's do the job they called It's now quiet and runs 100x better night and day repair very happy with this place. Ill be a customer for life , what more can I say they know their stuff great prices, quick service, perfect execution.
