Great people and very pollite. Would rate more if I could I am a new customer and was treated like I have been going there for years the mechanics there are absolute pros.Told me what they thought I needed after 2 dealerships ignored the noise in my engine and said it was fine. Well it wasn't fine... after letting Murphy's do the job they called It's now quiet and runs 100x better night and day repair very happy with this place. Ill be a customer for life , what more can I say they know their stuff great prices, quick service, perfect execution.

We called in an emergency and they were absolutely amazing, accommodating, and the most competent & communicative auto shop we’ve ever been to. They recognized our issues right away and addressed it within hours of our drop off time. Overall fantastic customer service and they need to be recognized for their outstanding service!!Services: Oil change

I've taken my BMW 3 series here twice to do a front and rear wheel bearings. The rear wheel bearing was a more complicated job since the axle had to be pulled out (rear wheel drive). That job was 2 hours. The front wheel bearing was a simpler job and that was 1 hour. The rates are reasonable for a garage specializing in european cars (around $90/hr).
