I know very little about cars, so finding a trustworthy, honest mechanic was super important when I got my first car. Chris is exactly this. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! I know Chris will fix what is actually required without overcharging or fixing things that aren't required. Furthermore, he also always takes the time to explain anything your car requires and why. I'm so thankful to have a mechanic I can trust (and one you will answer my probably dumb questions without making me feel dumb!) I have been taking my car to him since I got it in 2016. Chris and staff have always provided professional and reasonable service. I have had many vehicles serviced at In-Port Auto over the years and appreciate the uncompromised level of integrity and fairness. Chris understands the importance and value of "relationship" between business and customer. In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a business you would not hesitate to refer your family and friends to. If you don't know what I am talking about, please do not use their service. Less boneheads means better access for me.
