We had a foundation leak in the spring, contacted Chris and he was there within days to provide a reasonable quote. Chris and his polite and accommodating crew repaired the leak in a timely manner.

I was dealing with a very stressful situation, such my home located in Newtonville had multiple areas on south side causing leaks inside the office and other rooms. The cause of this was due to the top porch being formed and poured too short . This should have been a minimum of 6 inch overhang in order to deflect the water. I have contacted JFW Construction Inc. to come have a look at the cause and provide an estimate. Excellent choice!!!! Chris arrived shortly after my call, he assessed the problem and provided the solution and the estimate at the same day. As well, Keith who performed the repair was very skilled, very professional. Reached out to Chris about restoring flooring in my basement that had some water damage. If there’s one thing I have to say about Chris is that he’s a fantastic communicator. And the quality of the work is very close 2nd. He kept me aware of many of the issues that came up and was very knowledgable and open to sharing that with me haven’t been my first real renovation work. Definitely look forward to working with him in the future.
