Rourke did a pre buying home inspection. He was professional,friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the inspection. He shared the results with us while we were there and a comprehensive written report that evening with pictures to show each item.Would definetely recommend Complete Home Inspections . There price was very reasonable for such a lengthy report.

He is personable, thorough, eases concerns and explains everything as many times as needed. He and Jim have both been very accommodating in fitting our inspections in.
