I needed a haircut but have been going to my stylist in Burlington for over 35 years. I moved close to Dover so while I was in the plaza I noticed the B-Lano's sign. I thought I'd give it a try and I am glad I did. Brenda was pleasant and professional. She listened intently to my unique hair cut issues, and tackled them all.
