Nice clean gym. Looks brand new. I found the 1 class I went to a bit on the easier side but was a great community. Next time I’ll try the Saturday classes which I’m told are difficult

No gym experience compares to the one I discovered at CrossFit Muskoka. The time I have spent there has been truly transformative, impacting both my mental and physical well-being. Whether you are a strong athlete or a newcomer to fitness, everyone is welcomed by the supportive community of coaches and fellow members. The coaches are knowledgable, experienced and incredibly passionate about helping each individual reach their full potential. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

So happy I found this gym while I was working in Parry Sound. Wish I could have gone more often, grateful to have found this community away from home to train with. Cleanest and most beautiful CrossFit gym I have ever been to.
