While other companies may promise great after sales service most disappear after payment, in our experience NW always answers the call to stand by their work with Jerred showing up ready to negotiate a solution. I found this company recommended on a local facebook group. They answered my call on the first attempt and scheduled someone to come. Nw roofing arrived when they said they would, provided an accurate price after inspection, repaired our leaky roof and barely disrupted our day. They were very quick and a pleasure to deal with.
