We recently had the privilege of having Salem Contractors build our home from the ground up. We designed an appropriately 5000 sqft home. Dave and Philip took those plans and painstakingly built nearly every stage of our home. Our goal was to create a net zero home with the help of geothermal and solar. With Dave and Philip’s expertise they were able to completely seal, waterproof and insulate our home which in turn helped us to achieve or net zero goal. We hired Salem Contracting this summer to do various projects at our B&B, which included building a riverside deck and adjoining stairs and dock. Their team were here on time every day until the projects were completed. They worked diligently and conscientiously. The materials they ordered always arrived on time. There were no delays or any lost time. The job site was always left clean and organized at the end of every day.
