I first met Lois by chance when I walked into the Whitby Tile House location, completely clueless and overwhelmed—it was my first time in a tile store and nothing was organized by size or colour, the way I expected. Lois immediately stepped in and spent over an hour walking me through the different types of tiles, explaining the pros and cons, sizes, and what the store had to offer. Fantastic customer service from Shadi, Jerry and the rest of the staff at the Tile House. Very helpful, friendly and informative. Definitely would recommend this store compared to the big box stores.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, large selection of tiles and amazing prices. We were greeted as we walked in the door. The gentleman that was helping us was knowledgeable and very helpful.
