I called Dan try to expain the situation but he is very aggressive dont even try to listen , say you are wasting my time find someone else.So rude unprofessional man.Never suggest to anyone.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Called to set up an appointment for a quote for some basement work and he never showed up. Called a second time to set up another appointment. The day comes and he says he’s too busy to come. Don’t even bother with this guy
Dan came by this evening at the time he said he would. Dan had to work very hard to clear my kitchen drain. The first snake he tried was not long enough so he then brought in his big rooter/snake and he stuck with it and he got the job done. He went the extra distance and effort to get it done.
Even with all of extra work and time it took Dan stayed with his original quote which I was very impressed and happy with.
I did get other quotes and they were more expensive as one want to charge for a guy to show up for 30 minutes plus a cost for his machine plus extra for every extra 30 minutes.
I did not go with him and went with Dan and I am very happy I did.
