“I made an appointment online to do a balyage with Sophia, which by the way the online process was very quick, easy and straight forward.
When I walked into the salon, I was greeted by a lady at the front desk and she directed me to Sophia who was ready and prepared for what was going to be a lengthy process. Sophia asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and also made some suggestions about what was currently trendy and once she understood my goal she informed me of the pricing and just got right to it. During the process Sophia was very informative, caring and knowledgeable. She even asked a few questions about my previous hair treatments and just knew what she was doing so needless to say I felt extremely comfortable in her care. During the process I started to become a little concerned because I wasn’t seeing the hair colour that I wanted but Sophia could read my slight concern and reassured me that once everything was done I would be satisfied.
When at the hair washing station, another lady was washing my hair and she was just as informative and suggested to do a hair treatment due to all damage that my hair was going through so I took her advice and did the quick hair treatment.
Once my hair was washed and treated, Sophia continued to reassure me that once everything was done that I would be please and after she cut and styled my hair I was definitely more than pleased with how my hair turned out.
