I visited Royal Auto body to have my bumper replaced following a claim. When picking up my vehicle my husband asked about the fit, as the gaps were larger than before and he was not provided with any clarity.
I scheduled another appointment to have it looked at. At my second appointment, I spoke with Robert and he educated me on parts based on my vehicle.
He offered to have the bumper looked at, as far as getting a tighter fit. He answered all my questions, even the ones that were unrelated to the claim, and was very knowledgeable. -1 star because I had to back in.
