Excellent fast service from end to end! I ordered 2 flower arrangements and they were BEAUTIFUL (came out better than the pics I chose from)!!! I appreciated the fast follow up emails from head office as I didnt provide all the required info. They also worked behind the scenes and made phone calls on my behalf to make sure the arrangements arrived on time for the service. Thank you to the Reed's team! Highly recommend!!
The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful. They have been great with last minute requests as well.The Pickering mall was locked down due to a fire alarm and we couldn’t get our pre-ordered flowers before the mall closed (for a funeral the next morning). The owner of the store responded to my desperate email and assured my family that he would get our flowers to us early the next day, before the mall even opened, so we could get them in time for the funeral.
