Pickering Auto Labs has been serving my car for regular maintenance for about a year now and this was my first unexpected breakdown service I've had since my last visit. I can say that their customer service is top notch.Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and truly understand how to treat loyal customers.My brakes began to fail me on the highway. I was able to get the car towed to their shop and they inspected the car the next day. After approving the quote they repaired the car the very next day.They answered my questions about the quote and double checked areas of concern for me in a timely manner. I never write reviews but Pickering auto lab deserves a 10 star. Linden the manager and team have been kind, accommodating and great customer service. I would recommend Pickering auto lab to all my family and friends.

I am so grateful for Pickering Auto Lab. I bought my car here and I am so happy with it! Saif has such integrity and stands by his word. They have been amazing to deal with and I just can't say enough about thier employees. Just an over all great place! I highly recommend!
