“I've been working with Nilu for the past month on treatment of diastasis recti. I have struggled with a weak core since I had my last child, 4 years ago. I had tried traditional core exercises but nothing helped. Since working with Nilu, I have noticed a huge change in my core strength. She showed me step by step how to engage my abs and we started with just breathing exercises and have been steadily working up to movement.

“After knee replacement my leg muscles from top to bottom knotted and tightened up to the point that excercise wasn't working and discomfort increased. Dhvani persisted and her expertise using dry needling along with other methods we are now back to exercising and the strength of leg is increasing. Mentally and physically a relief. Dhvani provided me with paper copies of excercises I can do at home to strengthen quads,glutes and calves as well as balance. Very thankful for her help.“

“I've been going to Rougemount for a month now and am very satisfied. Had an accident and broke my leg in 2 places and was in a wheelchair with no weight bearing for 3 months. Ivan has been awesome and my knee is almost fully functional now. Still a ways to go but the end is near and I will be walking on my own!
