Midway was referred and Mike, who was pleasant, visited, consulted and agreed to replace our roof. This process began in late 2019 but in 2020 we realized, during a visit to the attic, that a vent hose was not re-connected. The pandemic arrived a few months later in March 2020 and follow-up on re-attaching a vent hose could not be completed. Revived activity commenced in 2021 and there was a visit by Mike who recognized the problem and agreed to return. It is now December 2023 and there has been no follow-up by Mike, notwithstanding various calls and e-mail. This company cannot be trusted!

Hi folks,If you're looking to replace your roof please avoid this company at all costs. I paid $9000 to do a detached home in August 2014, we had builder shingles that were falling apart and decided to spend money to get our roof done properly. We paid for Certainteed landmark 240lb shingle with underlayment, ice shield and replace flashing around our brick. So this was a huge investment and roof has held up, however fast forward to 7 years later when I had to go into the attic and also had my father in-law help replace a vent between my house and the neighbours house. Excellent workmanship! Contracted to replace shingles on 41 townhouse roofs. Best quote obtained. No issues after 8 years. Cleaned up at end of each day. No complaints from 41 units.
