A colleague recommended Master Mechanic, and I can see why she's been bringing her car here for years. Scott is down-to-earth and honest. I brought my Jeep in this morning for a tire repair - I had tried to plug the hole myself from the outside, but was still dealing with a slow leak.
Scott's team inspected it and explained that the rubber piece I inserted wasn't deep enough. Instead of upselling, Scott suggested they simply re-plug it from the outside (I initially requested they fix it from the inside), assuring me it would do the job and save me money. I agreed, and they had me in and out within 45 minutes of their 8am opening.
