Mel and his team provided incredible service. They were professional, showed up on time, and completed the electrical work flawlessly. The work area was spotless when they left. I highly recommend them—top-quality work!
We recently hired M.S. Electric to perform some updates on the house we just moved into. Mel was able to squeeze us in the day after we called. He was accurate and transparent with his pricing and overall he is very reasonably priced compared to other electricians. He is also very easygoing and polite and took the time to answer all of our questions (we ask a lot!).
Most importantly, Mel takes a lot of pride in his work. As an example, we had him install some dimmer switches and he took the extra time to fix/clean up incorrect wiring by the previous owner even on the switches he wasn't changing. We live in the west end of Toronto. We reached out to Mel at M.S. Electric Services because our furnace has been shutting down down intermittently. Mel came pretty quickly after our call, rewired it and installed a new dedicated breaker. He is professional, kind, and has great pride in his work. He followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly a couple of days later - really appreciated that. Thanks so much, Mel!
