I am one of their first customers and I have never looked anywhere else. These folks set the gold standard - for both products and customer service. My husband, daughter and I only go here. Here is an example of how awesome they are - I broke my glasses a few weeks ago - it was my fault and the glasses were already 1.5 years old. When I took them in, they not only offered to give me a new frame free (lenses were intact), they did so in a day during the busy holiday season. Best opticians ever!

I was referred by a friend to I Optique in Pickering. I was attended to by Jimmy who was patient and honest with my trying on glasses and letting me know honestly what looked good and did not. He provided excellent customer service, I did not feel rushed or pressured with sales pitches. I felt so comfortable with him that I ended up buying 2 pairs and he was able to give me a great price for the package. When I went to pick up my glasses, he again was super attentive and made me feel like I was in a high end spa sort of service. I will not be going anywhere else for my glasses. Ben is one of the greatest people I know, he’s the guy that runs the show and he runs it well. Big shout out to all of the staff that work in this place, I always feel like I’m home ❤️?
