My nail was done by Carol and I loved it. She is friendly and professional who gives me good advice and recommendations on my nails. I highly recommend this place and definitely will go back on monthly basis.
To make a long story short, I went here for the first time on a Tuesday before a vacation and unfortunately two different nail techs did a below average job on my nails and took 2.5 hours. They were very sweet and tried their best but i was in need of someone with way more experience. Hopefully over time, they will perfect their skills. I wish them all the best.
Went back a week later and had the pleasure of meeting the manager Carol who re -did my nails to the photos you see now. Excellent customer service! This is my Mother in Laws second time getting her hand and toe done ever and she’s beyond impressed by the kindness and attentiveness. The gentleness throughout the service was a 5 star!
Myself, I would highly recommend! They are so patient and attention to detail.
