Hakim Optical Pickering Town Centre

I called this location 5 minutes before closing, on a Saturday. My toddler broke my glasses and my regular location is closed Sundays. Ashley was so kind and understanding. I explained they were broken pretty badly and didn’t think they’d be fixable. She promised to call me in the morning after looking for parts that matched my pair. She called me promptly in the morning, and unfortunately they did not have parts. She told me to come in anyway and she’d see what she could do. My first time ever getting glasses from Hakim Optical after years to receiving service from non chained optical businesses in the past. I was in need of new frames to an old one not fitting on me properly and Ashley helped me out tremendously. Was able to receive 2 pairs of glasses w/ progressive single visions all with a.r. coating and blue light protection for the rough price of $535.00!! ? will do all my optical businesses here for a good while. I am satisfied.

I have been a client of Hakim for years , coming from Peterborough, Mississauga, and Oakville.

I just move to Pickering and this location has very rude customer service ..the girl who works in the morning , she is rude and always on her phone , no eye contact and she is already ready to get out of the the store ..

I called for an eye exams and she had no options and was rushing me off the phone ..

I am thinking of switching to another location .. please be nice to your customer or get more trainings .. please
